  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve sales goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales colleagues in other regions and geographies to support harmonized global account management.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management to ensure accurate sales projections.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in food sciences, business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated sales experience within the food and retail markets, promoting the sales of consumables, equipment, and/or services.
  • Skills: Strong systems skills and knowledge of MS Office applications, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Confident and target-oriented individual with the desire to delight the customer, self-starter with solid organization skills, attention to detail, and exemplary time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling to the UK and Ireland Retail Markets, Food Service Markets.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics within the UK and Ireland.
  • Previous experience working for a multinational company.
