As a Culinary Support Assistant, you will collaborate with the Catering Supervisors and Chef Managers to ensure efficient food service operations. Your responsibilities will include processing payments for meals and beverages, as well as maintaining cleanliness of kitchen equipment as necessary.
With a keen attention to detail and a commitment to health and safety protocols, you will ensure that all food is managed according to the standards established by our Food Safety & Quality management system. Additionally, you will be tasked with effective stock management and conducting necessary checks as directed by the Chef Manager or Catering Supervisor.
The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor and a strong commitment to customer service, demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude. Various shift patterns are available, including evenings and weekends.
