Job Role Overview

As a Commis Chef at Holroyd Howe, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food services to our esteemed education clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and planning of menus, incorporating future food trends and innovative service concepts.
  • Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of your section, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Head / Sous Chef to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and exceed expectations.
  • Participate in stock taking and inventory management, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
