Key Responsibilities- Lead on the delivery of a strengths-based support service, placing our customers at the centre of all that we do.
- Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement through robust quality assurance and reflective practice.
- Deliver a robust housing management service, ensuring maximising of income and good budgetary control.
- Lead on the delivery of a safe environment that adheres to all health and safety legislation and embeds safe processes and policies.
- Lead on local collaboration within your local area and ensure the widest partnership working to enhance and support our service delivery.
- Inspire and motivate your team through robust support and coaching, reflective practice, training, and development.
- Leadership qualification or willingness to gain a qualification in the Orwell Academy.
- GCSE Maths and English (grades A-C / 9-4 or equivalent).
- A full driving licence is essential.
