HSQE Advisor Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated HSQE Advisor to join our team in the North Region. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safety of our employees, contractors, and the public while protecting the environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance and support on risk management programs across various projects and operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Monitor and enhance the implementation of safety standards and best practices across the region.
  • Assist in maintaining ISO and FORS accreditation by ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HSQE Advisor within a similar industry sector.
  • A Level 3 health and safety qualification is essential.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations pertaining to health, safety, and environmental management.
