HSQE Advisor

An opportunity has arisen within Integrated Utility Services, and we require an HSQE Advisor. This role is based at our Stockton-on-Tees office but travel to other sites is required.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an HSQE Advisor who can contribute to ensuring we keep our people healthy and safe, provide quality work and prevent negative impacts on the environment we work in.

IUS, part of the Northern Powergrid group, is an Independent Connections provider (ICP) providing a wide range of services on public & private electrical distribution systems. We also deliver multi-utility services for housing developers for their electric, water and gas mains and services. Our industrial resources provide a wide range of HV, LV cable jointing and electrical mechanical fitting to the highest of standard.

Have you got the technical knowledge and experience to ensure that our company remains updated with health and safety laws, both in theory and in practice? Do you possess the soft skills to work with people at all levels of our organisation and the organisations we work with, offering constructive feedback, guidance and advice on health and safety performance and compliance.

We’d like you to have experience in the following:

- Auditing
- Inspection
- Investigation
- Formulation of procedures & RAMS
- Development of HSQE Communications
- Coaching and mentoring operational management teams

Annual leave - 25 days plus 8 bank holidays

Company car or car allowance

Payment of professional fees

Based Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 2SG

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
