Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for ongoing service growth, geographically and through new partnerships.
- Ensure awareness of men's mental health remains a golden thread throughout the charity's work and communications.
- Work with the Head of Projects & Fundraising and Community Manager to secure funding from grants, philanthropy, and community fundraising.
- Oversee effective and innovative communications via website, social media, and hard-copy promotional materials.
- Support a strategic approach to fundraising, including grant applications and building relationships with key funders.

- Demonstrable track record in supporting a strategic approach to fundraising.
