As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the charity's short, medium, and long-term objectives, ensuring a seamless journey for men from awareness to attendance at a circle.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for ongoing service growth, geographically and through new partnerships.
  • Ensure awareness of men's mental health remains a golden thread throughout the charity's work and communications.
  • Work with the Head of Projects & Fundraising and Community Manager to secure funding from grants, philanthropy, and community fundraising.
  • Oversee effective and innovative communications via website, social media, and hard-copy promotional materials.
  • Support a strategic approach to fundraising, including grant applications and building relationships with key funders.

  • Demonstrable track record in supporting a strategic approach to fundraising.
