Position Overview:
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for executing administrative tasks that enhance the operational efficiency, effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and profitability of the branch.

This role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service and communication to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management:
    Oversee the accounts receivable process and maintain local collection contacts to facilitate centralized operations. Monitor lease agreements, contract maintenance, and special billing on a weekly and monthly basis, proactively addressing any issues that arise.
  • Fleet Management:
    Execute fleet service tasks, including vehicle licensing, permitting, and managing in/out service vehicles. Coordinate with external service providers for asset maintenance and support.
  • Process Improvement:
    Conduct analyses and reviews of processes related to billing, credit memos, and accounts receivable. Utilize reporting tools to identify operational challenges and recommend solutions to enhance profitability.
  • Administrative Support:
    Maintain personnel files, manage payroll, and assist with onboarding new hires. Undertake projects and tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or financial administration.
  • Quick learner with a passion for collaborative projects and ongoing education.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Regular attendance is a crucial aspect of this role.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and adhere to the required work schedule.

Physical Requirements:
The role demands physical and mental capabilities to perform essential functions, including reading, verbal and written communication, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
