Quality Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Administrator to join our team at Four Squared Recruitment Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving our quality management system, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting the quality team in driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Documentation: Maintain and update all quality-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and records in compliance with ISO standards and company protocols.
  • Audit Support: Assist in preparing for and coordinating internal and external audits, ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date and readily available.
  • Non-Conformance Reporting: Monitor and track non-conformances, deviations, and corrective actions. Ensure timely resolution of quality issues by collaborating with relevant departments.
  • Data Management: Collect, organize, and analyze quality data to generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support the quality team in implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Requirements: The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A strong understanding of quality management systems and industry standards is essential.
