Position: Culinary Specialist

As our client expands their operations, they are looking to enhance their team with a Culinary Specialist for their new dining establishment. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about food and hospitality to make a significant impact.

As a Culinary Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes
  • Supporting the restaurant team in daily operations
  • Adhering to budgetary guidelines set by the head chef

Additionally, you will be expected to:

  • Follow recipes and presentation standards
  • Maintain food hygiene and safety protocols
  • Restock supplies and ensure cleanliness in the kitchen
  • Monitor food temperatures to comply with health regulations

Key duties also involve:

  • Completing food hygiene documentation
  • Ensuring a safe and sanitary kitchen environment
  • Collaborating with the chef and management
  • Managing stock levels, including rotation and ordering

We are seeking candidates with experience in a kitchen setting and a solid understanding of food safety standards. Comprehensive training will be provided, and an immediate start is possible.

Compensation:
£17.50 per hour + Benefits + Live-In Option
