Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data and Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Armstrong Knight. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating our HR information system, ensuring accurate recording of employment, personal, and payroll information.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintaining and Updating HR Information System

The Data and Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and updating our HR information system to ensure accurate recording of employment, personal, and payroll information.

  1. Supporting HR Manager in Running Monthly Payroll

The successful candidate will support the HR Manager in running monthly payroll and liaising with our payroll provider to ensure an accurate and timely service.

  1. Administration of Payroll and Pension Files

The Data and Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for administering payroll and pension files, ensuring that all necessary documents are up-to-date and accurate.

  1. Uploading Monthly Data into Pension Provider Platform

The successful candidate will be responsible for uploading monthly data into our pension provider platform, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.

  1. Administrating Time & Attendance Database

The Data and Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for administering our Time & Attendance database, reporting, and providing training to line managers.

  1. First Point of Contact for Payslip Queries

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for payslip queries, such as tax codes, allowances, and deductions.

  1. Resolving Payroll Discrepancies

The Data and Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for resolving payroll discrepancies, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and accurate manner.

  1. Administrative Support for Payroll-Related Payments and Benefits

The successful candidate will provide administrative support for payroll-related payments and benefits within the organization, ensuring that all necessary documents are accurate and up-to-date.
