About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Professional to join our team at TTP. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting the skills and capabilities of our world-class consultant scientists and engineers across our three Business Units: Life Sciences, Health Tech, and Deep Tech.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of integrated marketing activities and campaigns, including developing strategic messaging for Social, particularly LinkedIn, marketing emails, and tradeshow stands. You will work closely with our brand design, event management, content creation, and digital marketing specialists to deliver our marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Business Unit Marketing Managers (BUMMs) with the delivery of the Business Unit (BU) marketing strategies.
  • Enable successful implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including:
    • Helping to shape campaign messaging and tactics.
    • Ensuring our brand guidelines are adhered to.
    • Developing social posts and working with the Social Media Executive to manage the posting schedule and development of campaign audiences.
    • Drafting short-form content and populating our email marketing brand templates.
    • Preparing HubSpot audiences, co-ordinating scheduling and analytics.
  • Support our presence at trade show events, including:
    • Creating engaging event concepts and supporting materials.
    • Considering the key messaging and the marketing and brand communications objectives.
    • Working on pre and post event communications to engage with our target audiences and support wider marketing campaigns.
  • Helping to organise webinars and podcasts and developing on-page content for our website, such as CMS updates and uploading new articles and case studies.
  • Working with the BUMMs on monthly reporting requirements, reviewing content performance and gathering data for reporting purposes, and helping with events ROI tracking.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 3 years' experience in B2B marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Highly organised and able to multi-task.
  • Comfortable building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions.
