About the Role:

As the Social Media Account Director, you will take full ownership of social media strategies and execution for our clients, guiding the agency team in delivering high-impact campaigns. You will be a creative leader, proactively developing ideas, managing client relationships, and ensuring that our clients receive industry-leading service and results.

  • Develop comprehensive annual and monthly social media strategies to enhance brand image, boost engagement, and improve conversion rates for clients
  • Take a proactive approach to client account management, building and nurturing strong client relationships
  • Participate in client and new business presentations, showcasing your expertise and creativity
  • Oversee the planning, design, execution, and monitoring of social media campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Work with the in-house creative team to curate and manage multimedia content, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Build and develop audience profiles, setting up and managing social media advertising campaigns to drive results
  • Monitor social media channels for performance, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to inform future strategies
About You:

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and creative leader with a proven track record in social media management. You will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior social media management role, ideally within an agency environment
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing high-performing social media campaigns
  • Expertise in using major social media platforms and related tools for audience development, content creation, and advertising
  • Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand content across various platforms
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Experience managing client budgets and optimising campaigns for ROI
