We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social and Programmatic Specialist to join our team at PHD. As a key member of our Media Experience team, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class Paid Social and Programmatic planning and activation across our client remit.
Reporting into our Media Experience Business Director, you will work closely with media and technology providers to ensure best practices are adhered to and a continued strive towards excellence. Your proven expertise in managing clients and teams within Paid Social & Programmatic will drive commercial results and ROI for our clients.
About You
We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of developing and coordinating highly motivated and efficient teams, as well as demonstrable experience in managing well-informed, knowledgeable, and highly driven clients.
You will be a key figure in fostering interest and excitement for social opportunities within the agency, continuously looking for opportunities to drive commercial growth for the agency and the Media Experience team through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Work closely with wider channel leads and activation teams within Media Experience to develop processes and tactics to integrate Paid Social into the wider media mix, including Search, Programmatic, AV, Ad Operations, Analytics, Partnerships, and ATL.
Build trust and take ownership of client relationships at senior levels, ensuring activation performance and business performance targets are dually met.
Support in developing the relationship with media partners such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and Snap to drive alpha/beta product agency selection and team adoption.
Develop strong partnership-based relationships with media partners, continuously looking for ways PHD can leverage media owners to further agency growth and promotion.
