About the Role
We are recruiting Support Workers for our Supported Living service in Kent, working with the Priory Group.
Job Summary
We are looking for individuals who care about supporting the needs of tenants in single and shared accommodation. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting tenants to make a positive difference in their lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support tenants to take part in a range of activities, including shopping trips, eating out, and bowling, to enable them to be part of their community and live good lives.
- Occasional travel may be required between our different locations and homes.
- Support tenants to make choices and decisions about their lives, and help them to achieve their goals.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team to provide a high-quality service to tenants.
Requirements
- A driving license is essential for this role, as you will be required to drive the company vehicle.
- At least 25 years old, with at least 3 years driving experience.
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and tenants.
