About the Role

CCP is thrilled to be partnering with an award-winning insurance company to enhance their experienced life insurance sales team. Due to continued business success and growth plans, this exciting brand is looking to increase multiple sites across the country. As a Sales Consultant, you will reach out to warm leads with the objective of offering a range of suitable insurance products. You will work in a fast-paced and target-driven telesales office, maintaining a high level of professionalism, a resilient attitude, and remaining compliant at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver good customer outcomes that are consistent with Consumer Duty.
  • Maximise the potential of every lead received and overcome objections.
  • Conduct comprehensive questioning with each client, ensuring the correct product is presented.
  • Consistently maintain a high standard of compliance.
  • Effectively manage a pipeline of business opportunities.
Working Arrangements

You will work 9 days a fortnight, with a 3-day weekend every other week (Monday: 11am – 8pm, Tuesday - Friday: 9am – 6:30pm) and 1 Saturday in 6 (9am – 4pm).
