As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our members by answering calls related to new quotes for insurance/renewal or cancellations of existing policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to our members via phone and written communication
  • Process payments over the phone for quotes agreed, ensuring maximum security of member card information
  • Carry out authorized changes to policies and keep members updated and informed
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing workload and adapting to team needs
  • Utilize Microsoft Office suite to manage tasks and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong customer service skills, both telephony and written communications
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Service-oriented, with customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to team needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
