Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to our members via phone and written communication
- Process payments over the phone for quotes agreed, ensuring maximum security of member card information
- Carry out authorized changes to policies and keep members updated and informed
- Work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing workload and adapting to team needs
- Utilize Microsoft Office suite to manage tasks and maintain accurate records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong customer service skills, both telephony and written communications
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Service-oriented, with customer service experience preferred

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competitive salary of £23,000 - £24,000 (depending on experience)
