Job Title: Estate Agent Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Estate Agent Sales Administrator to join our team at Nexus ERP. As a key member of our property sector recruitment team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Residential Sales and Lettings Departments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Residential Sales and Lettings Departments, utilizing software and portals to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare property details, including preparing property listings and marketing materials.
  • Support sales progressions, communicating with relevant parties to ensure exchange and completion deadlines are met.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including renewal of gas safeties, EICR's, and EPCs.
  • Draw up Standard Occupation Contracts for new lets and tenancy renewals.
  • Register applicants correctly on the system, matching them to properties.
  • Book valuations and viewings, and confirm new tenancies on the computer.
  • Process application forms and add to the tenant referencing portal.
  • Perform key management and diary management tasks.
  • Make up move-in packs for new move-ins and monitor works orders.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks, including making up files, franking, and shredding.
Requirements:
  • Administration experience, preferably in the property sector.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, with an hour for lunch. Alternate Saturdays, 9am to 5pm, with a day off in lieu.
