As a Product Director, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap for Search, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
You will leverage your expertise in Search and related Consumer Product Management to drive meaningful lifts in critical KPIs, while collaborating with UX and Research teams to build new UI/UX experiences for Search.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of user needs and preferences to inform product decisions
- Collaborating with Engineering, Design, and Research teams to design and deliver high-quality features
- Monitoring consumer and business KPIs across Search performance and AB test dashboards to make data-informed decisions
- Ensuring technologies adhere to applicable compliance, privacy, legal, and security requirements
- Building strong relationships across product, design, engineering, and partner management teams to discover new growth areas for Search
