Join a prominent provider of electrical, mechanical, and safety infrastructure solutions. We are in search of a committed and proficient Automated Welding Technician to become a part of our innovative team.
Location: West Bromwich
Working Hours:
- 39 hours per week on a 2-week shift rotation:
- Shift 1: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm
- Shift 2: Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10pm.
- Hourly pay rate: £12.00 (based on experience) with an additional 22% shift allowance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate automated welding machines and related equipment.
- Produce components at the required rate and report any issues affecting production efficiency.
- Take ownership of the quality of the components produced.
- Maintain accurate production and quality-related documentation.
- Ensure high standards of 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) are upheld in the workspace.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, fostering enhancements in all aspects of the role.
- Adhere to Health & Safety protocols diligently.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
