Digital Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Account Manager to join our team at Digital Waffle. As a Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing digital strategies, working closely with digital marketing teams, and handling multiple key client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and meet client objectives
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and digital marketers, to deliver high-quality digital solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in digital marketing campaigns
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to clients, highlighting campaign performance and areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital channels and marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Experience working with e-commerce, paid ad campaigns, SEO, PPC, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
