Facility Maintenance Aide

We offer both bank and occasional hours. The bank position is designed to provide coverage as needed, such as during annual leave or periods of illness, resulting in variable hours and days of work.
A night enhancement of £1.50 per hour will be applicable from 8pm to 7am, Monday to Sunday (this does not include sleep-ins). Additionally, a weekend day enhancement of £2.00 per hour will be provided from 7am to 8pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
Bradbury House, which has been rated "Outstanding" by CQC, accommodates 24 adults with physical disabilities and is located in Crook, County Durham.
We offer various shifts, with guaranteed full or part-time hours, or flexible occasional hours to suit your preferences.
Role Overview
Ensuring a clean and inviting environment is a crucial and respected aspect of our service.
Your responsibilities will include performing general cleaning tasks and utilizing appropriate materials and equipment in compliance with COSHH regulations. Attention to detail is essential, as you will maintain a high standard of cleanliness at all times, continuously ensuring a safe environment for our customers, visitors, and staff.

To excel in this position, you should possess:
- Experience in cleaning roles (experience in a commercial setting is preferred).
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to the service's needs.
