About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Consultant - Controls & Performance to join our Programme Advisory team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project controls, programme management, and business transformation, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects and programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the assessment of client environments and develop tailored solutions to address their challenges and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develop and implement PMO and controls & performance strategies to drive business transformation and improve project delivery.
  • Lead the analysis, definition, and write-up of findings and recommendations reports across various stages of client engagements.
  • Deliver workshops and training sessions to clients and internal stakeholders on project controls, programme management, and business transformation.
  • Work collaboratively with diverse teams to deliver projects and programmes, and contribute to the development of transformation products and approaches.
  • Lead business generation activities, including bids and proposals, and work closely with senior management and the wider Turner & Townsend team.
  • Engage in marketing and social media campaigns to promote the company's services and expertise.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in project controls, programme management, or business transformation, with a strong background in the infrastructure sector.
  • Experience of working on major capital projects and programmes, covering roles within the PMO/controls & performance environment.
  • Familiarity with capability/maturity assessments, controls & performance integrated processes, and digital solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality services and achieving client satisfaction.
