An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled professional to join our team as a Respiratory Patient Pathway Coordinator. This role is a key part of our Division of Surgery – BHRUT NHS, and we are looking for a highly motivated individual to provide administrative support to our clinical team.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing a full administrative service to the clinical team, including audio typing and communication with patients and stakeholders.
- Acting as the first point of contact for patient queries and providing a high level of customer service.
- Working closely with the clinical team to ensure the smooth running of patient pathways and administrative processes.
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Providing administrative support for clinical meetings, training sessions, and other events.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience of using full range of IT/Patient administration systems.
- Experience of patient administration work in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent written, communication, and audio typing skills.
- A flexible approach to work and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A high level of professionalism and a commitment to delivering excellent patient care.
