Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing:
    Oversee a diverse workforce to fulfill varying shift requirements for our clients.
    Conduct thorough onboarding sessions for new employees, ensuring they are well-versed in company policies and their specific roles.
    Handle payroll administration efficiently.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Establish and nurture strong connections with both existing and prospective clients.
    Bring innovative ideas to the table to support the growth of Sure Staffing.

Work Environment:
This is a fully office-based role, operating Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. We offer a competitive salary along with a commission structure.
