Job Summary:
Evolve is seeking a dynamic and experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the operations of our client's pharmacy branch in Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless running of the pharmacy, providing exceptional patient care, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring high standards and meeting targets consistently.
- Prescription Fulfillment: Efficiently manage prescription fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate dispensing of medications.
- Service Delivery: Oversee vital services such as pharmacy first and NHS services, providing daily support to the team and building strong relationships with patients, customers, and care homes.
- Business Development: Drive pharmacy growth and profitability through strategic initiatives, while maintaining legal and ethical standards.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: GPhC registration is essential, open to any level of experience. An Independent Prescriber or someone eager to obtain the qualification is a must.
- Skills: Ideally possess MUR accreditation and ProScript proficiency.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary and Package: Up to £56,000 supplemented by a yearly bonus of up to £6,000 depending on experience and Independent Prescribing qualification.
- IP Support: Full financial support for the independent prescribing qualification.
- Visa Sponsorship: Open to supporting candidates that require visa sponsorship.
