Position: Project Administrator

Compensation: £13 per hour

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our dynamic team at Pertemps Bond. This role is essential for supporting our project management efforts within a thriving organization. The successful candidate will be office-based and will have the chance to grow and advance their career in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in understanding project specifications.
  • Collect and compile all necessary project data.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding quotations.
  • Initiate survey requests.
  • Prepare precise additional work and snagging requests.
  • Facilitate communication among various departments involved in project execution to ensure timely delivery according to client specifications and budget constraints.
  • Address snagging issues or additional client requests as needed.
  • Oversee project sign-off and organize documentation for invoicing.
  • Generate Risk Assessments and distribute them to relevant sites.
  • Maintain a flexible approach to perform other reasonable tasks as assigned.
  • Conduct risk assessments as required.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in an administrative role or a relevant academic background.
  • Proficient in IT and computer applications.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Positive work ethic with a willingness to learn and develop.
