Head Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ENT Head and Neck Consultant to join our team at University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in ENT surgery, with a particular interest in head and neck surgery. You will be expected to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, supervising junior medical staff and contributing to the development of the service.
The role involves a range of responsibilities, including:
- Supervising and training junior medical staff
- Participating in the adult and paediatric on-call rota
- Developing the service in collaboration with other ENT Consultants
- Contributing to clinical audit and quality improvement initiatives
