About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Solutions Consultant to join our team at RedCat Digital. As a Presales Solutions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in both pre-sales and post-sales activities, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead pre-sales discovery calls to understand prospective clients' business needs and pain points.
  • Conduct post-sales discovery calls to identify client needs and suggest new configurations or additional features.
  • Work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with our product development team to identify and prioritize new feature development.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an auditing or accounting role at a Big 4 firm, or experience working for a SaaS company focused on financial management/accounting.
  • Technical skills – any experience or knowledge of software in this space is beneficial, but a curiosity about technology and a willingness to learn is even more important.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize business needs.
