Position: Structured Finance Analyst at Goldman Sachs

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Structured Finance Analyst to join our Residential Structured Finance business at Goldman Sachs, a leading global mortgage origination and trading franchise. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for underwriting and analyzing various residential mortgage transactions, structuring lending facilities, developing financial models, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Risk Management**: Underwrite and analyze credit, market, and operational risks to ensure the integrity of our mortgage transactions.
  • **Structuring**: Structure lending facilities and securitizations to optimize returns and minimize risk.
  • **Product Development**: Monitor market developments and devise innovative financing solutions to stay ahead of the competition.
  • **Communication**: Interact with internal and external clients to provide expert advice and guidance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field with 2 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of fixed income markets and financial modeling.
  • Experience with Intex, Bloomberg, and bond math.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and VBA programming.
