Marketing and Social Media Manager

ARCC Innovations Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Social Media Manager to join our team in Cambridge, UK. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy for ARCC and ARCC Bikes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Manage and update the ARCC and ARCC Bikes websites, including content creation and SEO optimization
  • Plan, populate, and update the social media content calendar to grow reach across all social media channels
  • Concept and produce video content, including scripting, filming, and editing
  • Manage and update the existing website (woocommerce)
  • Conduct social listening and reporting back to the team to inform future content
  • Identify and nurture relationships with relevant social influencers for web and social
Requirements:
  • Comfortable using Adobe tools (specifically Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
  • Outstanding multi-format writing skills and a keen eye for accuracy
  • A passion for digital content and the value it can add
  • Ability to complete projects on time and take clear direction
  • Understanding of SEO
  • Experience of concepting and producing video content
  • Comfortable using video editing software (Premier Pro)
  • Basic knowledge of web development using platforms such as Squarespace and Shopify
