Marketing Manager

Pixel Power, a subsidiary of Rohde & Schwarz, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive the company's B2B media business forward. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Pixel Power's products and services globally.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute long-term marketing plans to raise awareness of Pixel Power's products and services
  • Liaise with sales, product management, and services teams to create marketing content for digital and print media
  • Collaborate with central marketing on guidelines and shared activities, such as trade shows
  • Work with external service providers, including PR companies and website developers
  • Develop the brand's voice, thought leadership, and identity through targeted messaging and marketing campaigns
  • Write, edit, and publish marketing content for social media, email, web, and print
  • Produce marketing videos for social media and web
  • Monitor key performance indicators to track the success of marketing campaigns
  • Report results to management teams
  • Manage the customer contact database, ensuring GDPR compliance
  • Organize attendance at trade shows and industry events worldwide
Requirements
  • Minimum three years' experience in B2B marketing in the media industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of content management systems, such as WordPress
  • Experience with email distribution and marketing automation tools
  • Knowledge of B2B social media platforms, including LinkedIn
  • Ability to develop an annual marketing plan and implement it with quantitative measurements of success
  • Understanding of how to generate and analyze reports using software like Google Analytics
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or marketing
