Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and improve operational and financial results in your designated area, implementing short-term, medium-term, and long-term initiatives to drive profitability.
  • Ensure legal and commercial compliance within your area, maintaining a strong reputation for the brand.
  • Engage in local marketing initiatives, working independently to build relationships and networks.
  • Collaborate with peers to identify opportunities for referrals and implement operational planning and financial control systems.
  • Maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and internal teams, contributing to the development of the Area strategy.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in the residential lettings industry, with a strong knowledge of the market and a reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work effectively unsupervised, building strong internal and external relationships.
  • A hunger to earn and a drive to work hard, with a willingness to continuously develop yourself.
  • A strong knowledge of Kingston and surrounding areas, with the ability to build new client relationships and leverage existing ones.
  • A sound understanding of marketing and the marketing cycle, with the ability to provide constructive advice to landlords.
  • A strong presence in front of a camera, with the ability to engage with your audience and maximize your reach.
The Finer Details:

We're conducting all interviews using video software, and to be eligible to proceed, you'll need to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK, a full UK driving license for a manual vehicle, and proof of address.
