This role involves working within a small, dynamic team, liaising with the conveyancing team to ensure seamless property transactions. As a Conveyancing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of property transactions, from initial instruction to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of property transactions, ensuring timely completion and excellent customer service.
- Liaise with the conveyancing team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Conduct thorough searches and due diligence on properties to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review conveyancing documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
