About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Biffa, a leading waste management company. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving the development and implementation of digital solutions that support our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product roadmaps that meet business needs.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and business professionals to execute strategic product initiatives.
- Develop and maintain product requirements and user stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate discussions and user story development, participate in testing and service transition.
- Perform product demonstrations and technical presentations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with functional leads to build best-in-class software, products, and services.
- Translate high-level specifications into program specifications and estimate time for completion.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Product Manager and/or Business Analyst on small to large scale projects and software products.
- Experience driving business value and rationale of change initiatives.
- Ability to solve complex problems and deal with multiple options in dynamic situations.
- Understanding of system development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience embedding agile ceremonies and ways of working across teams.
