Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 + up to 20% bonus

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and commercially-minded Senior Product Manager to join our team at Burns Sheehan. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end product lifecycle across multiple business capabilities and areas. You will also manage a team of Business Analysts and eventually Product Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
  • Manage product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business needs and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Lead product launches and ensure successful market adoption

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a digital transformation environment
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue through product innovation
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and execute business cases
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
