Job Title: HR/Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR/Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, managing employee data, and providing administrative support to the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees
  • Manage employee data, including updating records and ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing documents and reports
  • Assist with HR-related projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and benefits administration
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and employees

Requirements:

  • Graduate with HR assistance experience, ideally CIPD full or part qualified
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with HR systems
