HR/Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR/Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, managing employee data, and providing administrative support to the HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees
- Manage employee data, including updating records and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing documents and reports
- Assist with HR-related projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and benefits administration
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and employees
Requirements:
- Graduate with HR assistance experience, ideally CIPD full or part qualified
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with HR systems
