Job Title: Lead Veterinary Surgeon

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at Cromwell Vets. As a key member of our veterinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading and mentoring our veterinary team, and contributing to the overall success of our practice.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage a team of veterinary surgeons, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care and high standards of practice.
  • Collaborate with our Clinical Director to develop and implement clinical strategies, improve patient outcomes, and enhance the overall quality of our services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our practice's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of our veterinary team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Work closely with our nursing and client care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements:
  • Advanced veterinary qualifications and experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with our Clinical Director and other senior team members.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
