Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Welfare Officer/ Behaviour Admin to join our team at Keffer Automotive Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Behaviour Team, ensuring the smooth operation of our student welfare systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record-keeping: Utilize our internal system to accurately record and maintain student data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- First Aid Certification: Possess a valid first aid certificate, demonstrating your commitment to student safety and well-being.
- Attendance Monitoring: Oversee the attendance of vulnerable students, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact their academic success.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience working in a school setting, with a strong understanding of student welfare and behaviour management.
- Passion: A genuine passion for working within an education environment, with a commitment to supporting students and staff.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: We pay our staff in line with the Agency Worker Regulations, ensuring fair compensation for their work.
