Bar Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead our Bar team at DoubleTree by Hilton Oxford Belfry hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Bar team to ensure brand standards are maintained and guest experiences are exceptional
- Maximize revenue opportunities through effective inventory management and sales strategies
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service and high-quality products
- Previous experience in a hospitality management role, preferably in a similar environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Knowledge of wines, spirits, and food trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
