Senior Research Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Manager to join our team at Harnham. As a Senior Research Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, including signing off on scripts, guiding and coaching juniors, and being hands-on with data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and implement research strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Lead and mentor junior researchers, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality research projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve research methodologies and techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in research, with a strong background in quantitative research methodologies.
  • Proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
