About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately estimate costs for electronics projects based on specifications and customer requirements
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing and purchasing departments to ensure accurate costings
  • Evaluate materials, components, and labour requirements to produce detailed quotes
  • Analyse and review supplier pricing to optimise project profitability
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to refine project specifications and requirements
Requirements
  • Good understanding of electronics, including component specifications and functionality
  • Experience in manufacturing processes and purchasing practices within the electronics industry
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to work with technical data and cost models
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, timely estimates
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
