Job Description

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Connections team as a Connections Service Delivery Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering connections services through both the quotation and delivery stages of our customers' journey.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the single point of contact for customers requesting new electrical connections or alterations to their supply.
  • Provide excellent customer service in line with our defined connections quality standards.
  • Deliver both the connection quotation and the delivery of the connection works to time, cost, and quality.
  • Understand customer requirements and produce scheme designs using relevant business tools.
  • Plan and schedule labour, materials, and liaise with contractors to meet customer delivery dates and requirements.
  • Ensure the highest level of safety standards are achieved throughout the design and delivery of the works.
  • Ensure the works have been completed to the customer's satisfaction and rectify any identified issues.
  • Manage workload to meet our regulatory targets.
Requirements
  • Qualified in Maths and English at GCSE grade C/5 or above.
  • IT skills including use of Microsoft applications specifically Word & Excel.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • ONC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification desirable.

Starting Salary
