Job Summary:

Shire Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead a multidisciplinary team in a hospital setting. As a Therapy Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing services for adult and adolescent service users in eating disorder, CAMHS, and addiction wards, as well as day care and outpatient services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the therapy service, ensuring high-quality care and effective delivery of services.
  • Oversee the budget and financial management of the therapy service.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and patient care.

Requirements:

  • Accreditation or registration with the relevant governing body.
  • Prior management experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
