This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to lead our employee and labor relations efforts, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all staff members. The successful candidate will have a strong background in labor relations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective employee and labor relations strategies to promote a positive work environment.
  • Manage collective bargaining agreements, contract negotiations, grievances, and arbitration processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on labor-related matters, including employee complaints and investigations.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with performance management, training, and development programs.
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with union representatives and participate in labor-management committees.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on labor relations.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with employees and management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
