About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across all methods of customer contact, including call handling, online services, and in-person interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained at all times, including call handling, online services, webchat, and in-person interactions.
- Support the daily running of the Contact Centre by effectively responding to service enquiries, reporting repair-related queries, and appointing repairs within customers' homes and communal areas.
- Take ownership as the first point of contact, proactively dealing with customer enquiries using your skillset to resolve queries first time where possible.
