About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work in our commercial KW Feed Sales team, where you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with our farm customers, offering feed and nutrition recommendations and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an existing portfolio of clients and develop new business opportunities across your region.
  • Work closely with the KW Retail team to identify commercial opportunities and collaborate on sales strategies.
  • Understand strategic products and co-products within the area to maximize profitability.
  • Take ownership of your territory and ledger, ensuring collaboration with regional and functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain a progressive network with industry influencers, farmers, market professionals, experts, and partners in the dairy industry.

Requirements:

  • Good commercial negotiator with experience in an agricultural D2F sales role.
  • Analytical with good commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
