We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at HK Recruitment.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Site Supervisor for a leading construction company. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all construction personnel adhere to workplace health and safety standards.
  • Supervise teams to complete projects on schedule and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage the quality of each project, liaising with the office to ensure the right amount of materials, correct designs, and timings.
  • Stay on-site for specific times to oversee project progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Manage construction personnel and delegate tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Manage orders and deliveries of building materials.
  • Complete site reports and other records.
  • Attend site management meetings.

Requirements

  • Site Supervisors Safety Training Qualification, SSSTS or SMSTS.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills relevant to the construction industry.
  • Willingness to live away from home Monday to Friday.

Package

  • Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience.
