Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate site activities, including planning, organizing, and supervising site staff
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Monitor and control site costs, including materials, labor, and equipment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct site staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
