Join the forefront of the UK's Case Management sector. We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic leader to assist our exceptional Business Directors in driving both commercial success and clinical advancement. This is a remarkable opportunity for an Operations Director to become part of a team that is passionate, inclusive, and committed to delivering outstanding and innovative Case Management services to our clients.
As the Operations Director, you will need to be a proactive individual with the capability to travel and possess a robust understanding of operational frameworks within Case Management services. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will oversee five distinct businesses within the division.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing strategic leadership and support to Business Directors of the assigned businesses.
- Ensuring Business Directors have the necessary resources and assistance to achieve both commercial and clinical objectives.
- Managing specialized projects aimed at enhancing the division's innovative and commercial aspects, with progress metrics regularly reviewed.

Work Schedule:Hours:
This role operates Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm. It is a remote position with the expectation of visiting services 2 to 3 days per week based on business requirements.
Your Role Will Involve:
- Leading and mentoring a team of committed Business Directors focused on delivering optimal support to our clients.
- Overseeing the management of Business Directors in assigned businesses, ensuring all quality, personnel, and financial targets are met.
- Collaborating with Business Directors and central services to achieve these targets.
- Ensuring compliance with all Group policies and procedures, while making certain that all team members are informed and understand company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Case Management is essential.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing abilities.
- Extensive leadership experience with a focus on operational and financial planning.
- Capability to manage performance transparently and fairly, addressing areas for improvement with individuals.
